Evgeniy’s main areas of activity are support of cross-border projects in the field of capital markets, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate and antitrust law, arbitration and bankruptcy proceedings.
Experience:
Head of legal departments and legal divisions of the largest Russian companies in the field of finance, asset management, direct investments, IT, real estate and retail with 20 years of experience in managing complex international projects.
Education:
- In 2001 he graduated from the Rostov State University of Economics, specializing in jurisprudence;
- In 2008-2009 he studied at the postgraduate level at the Southern Federal University;
- In 2011, he studied at Fordham University School of Law in New York.
